  Absolutely dreadful. I brought my cat here and unfortunately euthanised her. I've seen the process happen before and it is not what I expected as this vet didn't use a drip and continuously stabbed my cat with the needle in all parts of her body including my cats chest in order to get the fluid everywhere. My cat was in absolute agony. She would stop for a moment check her pulse and keep injecting.. Pull out.. Put the needle back in. She also kept insisting I leave the room but Im sure it was so she didn't have to Inject the full dose. I'd rather pay three times more at the rspca and know that my pets are in good hands and won't die a painful death as my cat did with this lady. Never again. Not even for a check up! Do not bring your pets here please!

  Absolutely USELESS Vet! I dont know if they have different practices in India or wherever else she is from, but the experience was SO horrible, we are absolutely convinced she should not be practicing! My missus used to be a vet nurse and she had steam out of her ears within five minutes of entering the exam room with our 5 dogs. We went there because her vaccination booster prices looked good, but dont be fooled, you get LESS than you pay for in this case! She had NO idea how to find a vein in our larger dogs and looked like she wanted nothing to do with them! At first missus gave her instructions on how she is supposed to inject them and how fast. Then we got frustrated and she took the needle out of this morticians hands because our dogs were actually being HURT! She has also REPEATEDLY sent people (Including Rescue Orgs we Volunteer with) away with injured or dying animals of all kinds saying she is not there for that... ABSOLUTELY HEARTLESS AND USELESS WOMAN and if you care about your animals even a little, STAY AWAY, pay a little more at a decent Vet such as Penrith Vet Clinic! They are easily one if the best in Sydney!
